Customer Reviews in Humble, TX

“AC quit blowing cold at 8:30 PM on a Friday when it was 96 degrees outside. Dispatched contractor was at our door within an hour, tested the capacitor, showed me the readings, and had cold air pumping before 10 PM. Upfront price, no runaround.”

“Discovered water beginning to drip through the hallway ceiling from our attic unit. The technician arrived fast, cleared a nasty algae blockage in the drain pipe under pressure, and installed a secondary float switch so it won't overflow again. Saved our drywall!”

“Our 16-year-old R-22 system finally gave out. Hooten Air Pros connected us with a great local crew that walked us through our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The new two-stage heat pump dropped our electric bill noticeably in month one.”

“Super thorough spring maintenance visit. The technician spent over an hour cleaning coils, checking refrigerant pressures, and showing me where an attic duct was leaking air. Very professional and respectful of our home.”

“Outdoor fan stopped spinning and unit was buzzing loudly. Technician diagnosed a seized condenser motor, had the replacement part right on his truck, and fixed it the same afternoon. Honest pricing before starting.”

“Our master bedroom was always 6 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. The crew sealed attic leaks and rebalanced the dampers. Now every room stays evenly cool. Highly recommend!”
